The Rodin Auction House Series
The Black Dagger
Stella Rodin, reluctant heiress to the prestigious Rodin auction house, is forced to abandon Edinburgh and her job as an art forgery expert and return to her family home in Stockholm. Her father is in a coma, the auction house is in chaos, and Stella is the only one who can restore it to its former glory. At the same time, Stockholm is rocked by racist murders carried out with SS daggers. When Stella discovers that her father traded in Nazi artifacts, she realizes that the Rodin family may be connected to the murders. The search for the truth leads her into dangerous territory behind the polished facades of the upper class.
The Weeping Violinist
Acclaimed violinist and international star Angela Yin is brutally murdered during a break-in at her home in Paris, and her priceless Stradivarius is found smashed to pieces. At the same time, Angela's sister Sophie disappears without a trace, and the French police devote all their resources to finding the perpetrators and Sophie before it's too late. Stella Rodin is called to Paris to investigate the crime for the insurance company and realizes that all is not as it seems. Meanwhile, chaos erupts in the Rodin family in Stockholm when Stella's father passes away and shocking family secrets are revealed.
The Bloodstained Tiara
As the sixth generation of Rodins to hold the position of CEO, Stella is fighting for the survival of the auction house. She is under intense pressure to take on the unfamiliar role of leader of the family business alongside her work for Interpol. Stella has found inspiration for the auction house's new venture in the life of her great-grandmother Hilda, but a secret from the past threatens to destroy everything. The Rodin family is accused of hiding a diamond tiara stolen from a Jewish family during World War II.
Stella must find out the truth: What really happened when Hilda was in Paris in the 1940s, in the midst of the greatest looting of art and cultural treasures in world history?
The Gilded Vengeance
After her father's death, Stella Rodin is left in a web of financial crime. When violent debt collectors pressure her brother Matteo in search of a Matisse painting, the future of the prestigious auction house is threatened. The trail of her father's criminal activities leads Stella to an exclusive and notorious art fencing ring in London, headed by the charismatic Moira. To save her family's auction house, Stella is forced to enter the lion's den. Under a secret identity, she infiltrates the organization that sells art to men who are not only extremely wealthy, but also dangerous.
Stella Rodin should be busy with a glamorous vintage auction, but instead she has a secret mission in Singapore and a crashed love life. Suspicions of counterfeit wines lead her to rain-soaked alleys in Rome, the Paris underground, and sun-kissed vineyards in Tuscany. With her innate sense of timeless beauty, Stella juggles the everyday problems of the auction house with mysteries in the marble halls of the Vatican. And beneath the surface, something unexpected begins to stir in her heart—something she thought she had left behind. “The Beautiful Death” is the fifth instalment in the series about Stella Rodin, one of the world's foremost art experts, with a penchant for vintage dresses and difficult-to-solve mysteries.

Althea Molin: Criminal Profiler Series
This five-book series delivers sophisticated psychological suspense for readers who appreciate the darker corners of crime fiction while still craving a protagonist worth rooting for. “Änglalik” is the first instalment in Veronica Sjöstrand's series about the headstrong criminal profiler Althea Molin. If you like strong female characters and high-level international suspense, this is for you! Available in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Polish and Spanish.
A thrilling, fast-paced story about the evil that lurks beneath the surface of seemingly ordinary people.
A serial killer is on the rampage in Stockholm's trendy Stureplan district, and the city is living in fear. Criminal profiler Althea Molin is asked to participate in the investigation but hesitates. She has recently returned home from New York and is trying to recover from a brutal assault. In the end, she accepts and is drawn into an intense hunt for the perpetrator, while the police question her unconventional methods. Soon it becomes clear that the perpetrator is closer than Althea could ever have imagined.
At Lindsteinska Bank in Stockholm, an IT technician is found brutally murdered with the Devil tarot card stuck in his mouth. Shortly thereafter, it is discovered that millions of kronor have been stolen from the bank. When another murder occurs in the same manner, the police suspect that a serial killer is on the loose and turn in desperation to profiler Althea Molin. Since the hunt for the angel killer, she has been lying low, but now she is once again forced into a deadly game of cat and mouse.
An intense thriller about power and greed, featuring hackers, high-ranking bank executives, and reluctant police officers.
In the middle of the service, a bomb explodes inside the German Church in Gamla Stan. Three people are blown to pieces and die instantly, one of them being the priest. Just a few days later, there is another explosion, this time in Adolf Fredrik's Church. Once again, Althea Molin has to put her profiling skills to use, and soon she finds herself in the middle of a battle between the police and the Security Service, while more bombs explode and panic spreads among the city's residents.
A tense and gripping thriller about revenge, set in New York's luxurious financial district and the idyllic Swedish countryside—which is far from as peaceful as it seems. The daughter of one of the richest and most successful entrepreneurs in the US—Swedish-born Mikael Starkenberg—is kidnapped from her home in Manhattan. Mikael refuses to involve the police, so the security company Modus and profiler Althea Molin are given the assignment; she has recently returned to New York after a few years in Stockholm. Then the kidnapper suddenly gets in touch: “100 million dollars or your daughter dies. You have 10 days. We will destroy your life. Tick tock. Tick tock.” This marks the start of an intense race against time that forces Althea back to Sweden, where unpleasant surprises await.
It is a dense and intense thriller with a horror scenario that could very well become reality.
The activist group Mori, which operates on the illegal pages of the Darknet, has long sought an opportunity to tear down the structures of power and start a revolution, a world war. They have now found their target—peace talks in Stockholm between the US, South Korea, and North Korea.
Althea Molin, who works at the Vigilance Foundation on a research project on online extremism, discovers the group's plans. She realizes that they seem to have both the structure and the means to pose a threat to the presidents of the four countries.
Together with her best friend Emelie and her colleagues at Vigilance, Althea desperately tries to get the countries' security organizations to listen, but politics and mistrust constantly trip her up. The days are approaching, and the group's plans on the Darknet are becoming increasingly sinister and realistic. Attempts to stop the activists take Althea from New York to both Seoul and Stockholm.
Will the meeting be the peace talks that were planned, or will it instead turn into a bloodbath?
